1. Who runs graipe.ai

graipe.ai is a brand of DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited, an Indian private limited company. All billing, refunds, and grievance correspondence are handled by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited.

2. Product support

For help with a manuscript run, billing question, or feature request, email bd@thegraipe.com. We aim to respond within one working day.

3. Grievance Officer

Per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we publish a named Grievance Officer to receive and act on complaints from users and other affected parties.

We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days, in line with the Rules. Complaints relating to content removal, data correction, or breach notifications are prioritised.

4. Billing disputes

Chargeable products on graipe.ai are dynamic per-run orders (format, writing, thesis) and the Format Pro 5-credit bundle. Refund rules are documented at thegraipe.in/refund. For any billing dispute, email bd@thegraipe.com with the Razorpay payment id and the run id.

5. Security disclosures

Responsible disclosure: email bd@thegraipe.com with the subject line "Security disclosure". We will acknowledge within 48 hours and coordinate a fix timeline with you.
