Shipping & Delivery Policy

graipe.ai (a brand of DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited) is a digital service. Nothing on graipe.ai is shipped physically — every deliverable is a downloadable artefact (manuscript package, credit grant, or MCP API access) generated by the platform and made available inside your account immediately after a successful run or successful payment.

For a format, writing, or thesis run, the package zip becomes available the moment the pipeline reaches the delivered state. You can download it from the run-detail page under "My runs". A copy of the download link is also emailed to your registered email address.

• Typical delivery time: under 10 minutes for format, under 45 minutes for writing, under 4 hours for thesis.
• Delivery is digital — no postal shipment ever takes place.
• If the pipeline fails, the run is auto-refunded per our refund policy.

When you buy the Format Pro 5-credit bundle, the credits are added to your account ledger as soon as Razorpay confirms payment capture. This is typically instant; in rare network conditions it can take up to a few minutes.

You can verify your balance any time at thegraipe.in/billing. Credits never expire and are usable for both Web and MCP runs.

MCP keys are issued instantly via the in-app MCP keys page after you complete the relevant install flow. There is no physical shipment, hardware, or USB key involved.

If a successful payment has not produced credits or a download within 30 minutes, email bd@thegraipe.com with your Razorpay payment id. Our usual response time for delivery incidents is under one working day.

All digital delivery from DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to delivery is subject to the terms in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
